Molino de la Romera is a reference restaurant in Carmona and its region. From one of the most beautiful enclaves of the city and an old oil mill from the 15th century, in its more than 35 years in the sector, the business has been in constant evolution. Always from the idiosyncrasy of what it means to be a family business and the history that the property houses, its last great change coincided with the entire management of the second generation. A new perspective in which they unite all the historical baggage and new culinary perspectives.
A new identity that alludes to his past
The restaurant is located in an old oil mill from the 15th century. This and its more than 35 years of business give Molino de la Romera a strong identity that managers do not want to give up. However, the intention of the second generation was to communicate that in addition to the above, they have new concerns. This has been reflected in its new visual identity. An evocation of the legacy from a contemporary perspective.
Color range and patterns
Both the color range used and the patterns and motifs created are closely linked to the idiosyncrasy of the building and the activity for which it was conceived five centuries ago. Colors that evoke oil, grain or the unmistakable tarred walls and floors of some of its rooms. And motifs inspired by esparto grass, lattices or brick.
